I can not uninstall visual studio as it says I need administrative privileges I’m admin and the only one who uses my laptop or access is denied through Microsoft apparently.

I’ve tried just deleting the files and folders also but to no avail as I don’t have permission, I’ve tried messing with the permissions on the properties then security but nothing worked. I managed to delete a few things in Regedit but it still seems like it’s not working. Has anyone else come across this and has anyone found or created an uninstaller for this?
