I did not try 4 as my version came preloaded and the only way of reinstalling would be to recover the whole computer with thye recovery discs according to HP. I then loaded frommy daughters family pack copy – that didn’t work either but did come up with the error code 0xD. I got a fix off a blog for that and am now up and running.
